Reevany Bustami is the convener of CPTAG USM (CSR-Philanthropy Transdiciplinary Action Group) CSR program. He is also a faculty member and the former Deputy Dean of the School of Social Sciences Universiti Sains Malaysia . He received his PhD at the London School of Economics in the field of Organizational Sociology. As the Convener for CSR & Philanthropy Transdisciplinary Action Group, he also sits in the Penang State Committee on CSR.

He has published a number of articles in various fields including CSR-ethical branding, CSR relational matrix, industry-university collaboration and corporate philanthropy. He has conducted research on the state of giving in the island of Penang, Malaysia. Actively involved in various innovative CSR activities and events, Reevany was the advisor for Malaysia's first Charity reality show, Misi Suara Hati. His recent CSR projects include an online library for young scholars and the 1st CSR CEO Roundtable.
