Among Wai Leng's key achievements, has been to develop the Regional Distribution Centre(RDC) concept, for a German multi-national. The RDC has enabled the multi-national to cater for a 20%-30% increase in distribution efficiency for medical products. Wai Leng has also been involved in multi-million dollar inventory rationalisation programs, both locally and overseas.
