Celine Jesudason specialises in Human Resource (HR) management and worked most recently for Hay Group in Malaysia and Europe. During 2007-9 she was in based in the Czech Republic to set up and manage a professional services shared-service centre. Her expertise in HR covers Reward management, Performance development and competency management, organisation development, HR policy formulation, training, facilitation in HR management principles, Business Process Design and Implementation, Team Leadership, Vision/Mission workshops and in-house specialist subjects (methodologies).

 

Celine has proven consulting experience in Quality Assurance, Human Resource Management principles, Business Process Management as well as line management experience in various industries including Management Consulting (Hay Group Malaysia and Czech Republic), Information Technology (Digital, LHS, United Asian Bank, Malaysia), Luxury commodities (SMH , Germany), Pharmaceuticals ( Abbot, Germany) and Banking (UAB, Malaysia). Celine has also run her own business in a completely different field (ceramic art) for five years.

 

She has key knowledge and experience in start-up of professional services and shared services organisations, business process management, quality management ISO9000 process formulation and Quality Assurance frameworks. She holds a BSc in Mathematics (Statistics) from University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom.

 
Dr Loi Kheng Min Print E-mail
Dr Loi Kheng Min is a mechanical engineer by qualification with post graduate management degree. He has ten years of working technical experience in the manufacturing environment covering food & beverages, chemical process, medical devices, rubber and plastic, metal industries, serving in the laboratory, quality assurance, manufacturing and general management functions.

Loi has extensive professional experience of standards and auditing programmes. He is Chairman, National Technical Committee for Environmental Management System and Environmental Auditing (ISO/TC 207 TC1 and TC2). He was also Malaysian Expert Representative for ISO/TC 207 (EMS), ISO/TC 176 (QMS), ISC W Occupational Safety & Health Standards, ISO/TC 207 SC 6 on Climate Change and ISO/TMB/WG Social Responsibility Expert. He is Deputy Convener of MICCI Environment Committee and Chair of MICCI Climate Change Subcommittee. He is also a member of Malaysian National Standard Committee (MOSTI/DSM), the Technical Committee of Prime Minister's Hibiscus Award, the Environmental Quality Act (EQA) Drafting Committee (Ministry NRE) and the Environmental Auditing Regulation Drafting Committee (Ministry NRE)

 

Dr Loi holds a DBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia with his thesis on ‘The perception of ethics and social responsibility of MICCI Corporate Members in relation to the adoption of ISO 26000 - Social Responsibility". He holds a Masters in Business Administration, Scotland, UK (1993), Diploma in Management, MIM, Malaysia (1988), Certificate in Quality Technology, ASQ USA (1985) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Malaysia (1982).

 

Dr Loi is a Fellow of Quality Society of Australasia (FQSA), Member of Institute of Quality Malaysia (MIQM), Member of American Society for Quality (MASQ), Member of Asia-Pacific Quality Organization (MAPQO) and Member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MMIM). He is a Registered Lead Auditor (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; SA8000; OHSAS 18001; & ISO/TS16949) and a Registered IRCA Lead Tutor (Lead Auditor Course (ISO 9001 & ISO/TS 16949) ISO/TS 16949:2002 Qualified Auditor).

 

In his spare time he is Deputy Commander of St. John Ambulance Malaysia Wilayah Persekutuan and MPSJ Town Councillor (2009/2010). Dr Loi was Secretary General of Transparency International, Malaysia until 2009

Fareea Ma has been a social welfare volunteer for more than 20 years and founder up of WOX (Way Out Experiences), a social enterprise that manages volunteers on conservation programmes. WOX also specialises in developing integrated conservation programmes that involve people from local communities living within conservation areas to be actively involved in animal and environment conservation. Using key endangered animals as their focal point, WOX is able to tell the story of conservation to young and old, inviting them to participate as individuals, student bodies, or as corporate in similar conservation efforts.

 

After several years working in various industries, Fareea had to take over responsibility of her father's aviation company. Fareea was born and bred Kuala Lumpur and educated at Chinese and National schools before heading to complete her university years in Turkey. She recieved a B.Sc in International Relations before returning home to Malaysia to serve the country.

Jean-Michel PiedagnelJean-Michel Piedagnel, was Executive Director of Medecins sans Frontieres (MSF) in the United Kingdom from 2001- 2008 as part of a long and distinguished career spanning 1995-2008 with MSF, one of the world's most respected private international medical humanitarian organisations.

As the UK Leader of MSF he oversaw a period of unprecedented growth and enhanced reputation for the organisation. He was responsible for developing and implementing a 5 year strategic plan, establishing and directing an MSF office in Ireland and was a key member of the management team for the MSF operational centre in Amsterdam. Prior to this he was Country Director for MSF in Freetown, Sierra Leone and represented MSF to the government and major humanitarian actors in country.

He held a position at Fondation MSF, Paris, France from 1998-2000  where he was the financial and administrative manager of a MSF satellite that promotes debate on humanitarian issues and creates links with researchers and businesses and was the interim Country Director in Lebanon and Montenegro. During 1996-1997 he was Country Director in Lagos, Nigeria where he opened two programmes: emergency preparedness and response to cholera, yellow fever, measles and meningitis, control of diarrhoeal diseases in a slum in Lagos. He ran an exploratory mission and co-ordination of MSF-Holland and MSF-France cholera intervention in the states of Borno and Bauchi. He has also had positions with MSF in Burundi and the Congo.

Jean-Michel holds a degree in Management and International Trade from Ecole Superieure de Commerce Exterieur, Paris. He is Associate Member of the Institute of Fundraising and International Member of ACEVO (Association of Chief Executive of Voluntary Organisations). He is also a member of MFCCI (Franco-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce & Industry).

Following a career break from April 2008 - Dec 2008 he established as an independent Management Consultant based in Asia for the non-profit sector and businesses. His company Woodseer Consulting Sdn Bhd offers services in strategy, business planning, marketing and fundraising, facilitation, Corporate Social Responsibility and team building.

Dr. Geoffey WilliamsDr Geoffrey Williams is a Founder and Director of the Academy of Responsible Management Sdn Bhd. He is also Chief Executive Officer of OWW Consulting in Malaysia and Singapore and a Director of Opinion Tiger Sdn Bhd. He has designed and directed numerous research projects for the UK Government (DTI), European Commission (DG-Research), and European Standards Agency, among others. He was economic advisor to Her Majesty's Opposition in the United Kingdom and has also worked with private companies and charities including PA Consulting Group, leading UK law firm Allen & Overy, and the Wellcome Trust UK. He is a Deputy-Chair of the EU Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUMCCI) CSR Committee.

 

Geoffrey's most recent work has focussed on Corporate Social Responsibility in a global context and in particular, on the factors that determine the success of CSR initiatives in different socio-political contexts. He has worked with leading international companies and organisations including PETRONAS, UEM Group, PLUS Expressways Berhad, UMW Holdings Berhad, MRCB, Resorts World Berhad, du - the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Arab Thought Foundation, the International Labour Organisation, the European Commission and many others.

 

Geoffrey has held academic positions at London Business School, Pembroke College University of Oxford and the Universities of London, Nottingham, Liverpool and elsewhere. He is an Associate Member of the Centre for Business, Organisations and Society, School of Management, University of Bath, United Kingdom and was elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) in 2004 and Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Management in 2010.

 

His work has been published in leading academic journals including Oxford Review of Economic Policy, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organisation, Research Policy,  Journal of Economic Psychology, Business Ethics: A European Review, Review of Income and Wealth, European Competition Law Review, Review of Financial Economics, Journal of Behavioral Finance, Journal of Macroeconomics, Information Economics and Policy, Applied Economics, Applied Financial Economics, International Review of Business and Economics. His edited volume Corporate Social Responsibility - Perspectives from Asia will be published by Palgrave MacMillan at the end of 2010.
