Now, more than ever, companies understand the importance of measuring and managing their triple bottom line of Economic, Social and Environmental performance as a way of ensuring successful business outcomes. Financial success is closely linked to good CSR performance and it is now essential for large and small companies to manage their CSR efforts effectively, especially those exporting to Europe and USA or those in the supply-chain for multinationals (MNEs).

 

ARM Programmes

  • Professional Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility

The Academy of Responsible Management and the Malaysian Institute of Management have developed a range of programmes for Professional Executive Development which allow managers to enhance their understanding of CSR and Sustainability Management and develop new skills and approaches to allow them to integrate CSR issues into their everyday management and their specialised CSR and Sustainability Programmes.

The ARM-MIM Certified CSR Manager programmes are supported by the Kondrad Adenauer Foundation as part of their development programmes in Malaysia.

The current programmes on offer are:

 

  • MIM-ARM Certified Professional CSR Manager Programme
  • MIM-ARM Certificate in CSR Management
  • MIM-ARM CSR Reporting Programme
  • MIM-ARM Foundation in CSR

The Academy of Responsible Management and UAECSR have developed a range of programmes for Professional Executive Development in the MIddle East which allow managers to enhance their understanding of CSR and Sustainability Management and develop new skills and approaches to integrate CSR issues into their everyday management and their specialised CSR and Sustainability Programmes.

The UAECSR-ARM Certified CSR Manager programmes are supported by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the UAE Ministry of Economic Development as part of the National CSR Programme in the United Arab Emirates.

The programmes are also supported by du - the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, as part of their mission to develop CSR awareness and practice in the UAE and the Middle East.

  • UAECSR-ARM Foundation in CSR

The courses are held in Abu Dhabi and other Emirates in the UAE and will be run in English and Arabic during 2010 with the inclusion of local experts as part of the UAECSR-ARM mission of developing local capability in CSR practice and training.

  • "Access to CSR" - Interactive workshops and awareness events with local and international Community Based Organisations, NGOs and Civil Society Groups.
